Hello everyone,
Our stay in sunny Spain is over and now we are in Dublin having yesterday flown from Malaga to Belfast where we picked up a hire car and drove directly to Dublin for two nights. We had a bit of a hassle with security at Malaga airport and Sabine had to forfeit a bottle of perfume which she mistakenly had in her hand luggage, that upset her and she was a bit tired and stressed by the time we reached Dublin. Today we headed into town and had a good look around visiting such sights as Dublin Castle where Queen Elizabeth attended the state dinner only three weeks ago. We had a guided tour of the castle which was very interesting. We saw lots of other well known Dublin landmarks and I think we covered the city reasonably well, although a couple of extra days would have been nice. Tomorrow we head south from Dublin and our next stop is Kilkenny, so it is not too long a drive but hopefully we will see plenty of nice scenery. We are having a bit of a problem with our Hotmail, we do not seem to be able to send emails, and I don't know if emails are coming to us, we have not had any for a couple of days. Hopefully the problem will resolve itself. Sabine and Sam
